In order to promote the model worker's spirit, the labor spirit and the artisan spirit, and to create a sound atmosphere for "everyone to learn from model workers and everyone to become a model worker", on the afternoon of September 21, an event jointly organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) to honor the advanced teams and model workers from the State-owned Enterprises (SOEs) under the Central Government took place at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. 499 advanced teams and 799 model workers from the State-owned Enterprises (SOEs) under the Central Government were honored at the event. Sennics COO Gao Shiming was named one of the "Model Workers of SOEs under the Central Government".

When it comes to purchasing raw materials for Sennics, the purchase model adopted by Gao provided a scientifically sound pricing mechanism on the basis of stable & safe supply, and reduced the purchase costs for the company. With his selfless dedication and hard work, Gao demonstrated the spirit of a model worker in the new era who is "dedicated, driven, hard working, innovative, indifferent to fame and wealth, and willing to sacrifice".
