On the afternoon of September 17, the award ceremony of the Ten Classic Models of the Sixth Pudong Headquarters Economy took place in Shanghai International Convention Center. Huang Hui, CFO of Sennics, was invited to the event. At the award ceremony, Sennics was awarded as one of the Ten Classic Models in Technological Innovation of the Sixth Pudong Headquarters Economy for its outstanding achievements in technological innovation over the years. On the same day, Sennics was given the certificate of "Headquarters of Large Enterprise in Pudong New Area".

Since 2014, Pudong New Area has organized the selection of classic models of headquarters economy for six consecutive years, to fully demonstrate the dynamic development trend and highlights of Pudong's headquarters economy. Sponsored by the Commerce Committee of Pudong New Area and co-organized by Pudong Times, Shanghai Pudong Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment and Shanghai Pudong Association of Enterprises with Local Investment, the selection has drawn wide attention from all sectors of society. Based on the principle of voluntary registration by enterprises, the selection committee conducted on-the-spot investigation on the registered enterprises, made a comprehensive evaluation on their influence, energy level, function and other factors, and selected the candidate enterprises. Then after going through various steps including the final evaluation meeting participated by experts, 17 classic models of headquarters economy were selected to showcase the overall development achievements of the headquarters of the winning enterprises from different dimensions, such as industry leadership, technological innovation, resource allocation and economic contribution.

As a leader in the global polymer additive industry, Sennics moved its headquarters to China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone in 2018, where it determined to base in Pudong and forge ahead. Its self-developed "New Process for Hydrogenated Synthesis of Antioxidant 6PPD Using Precious Metals as Catalyst and the Technologies for Mass Production" has won multiple prizes including the second prize for the National Technology Invention Award in 2018. Thanks to the technical breakthroughs it has been made in multiple product segments, the company has been recognized by major international customers and received favorable market feedback, becoming a leader in terms of the market share of rubber antioxidant in the world.

Huang Hui said that being awarded as one of the Ten Classic Models in Technological Innovation of the Pudong Headquarters Economy is an affirmation of the technological innovation strength of Sennics and provides an effective boost to the company's further development.
